    •    Therapists must be contacted directly regarding all matters such as cost, availability, scheduling, and therapy details.

    •    Each therapist is independently insured, undertakes regular supervision, and practises according to the professional standards, ethical codes, and legal requirements of the country in which they are registered and licensed to work.

    •    Clients are responsible for ensuring that engaging with a therapist outside their own country of residence is appropriate for their personal circumstances.

    •    The directory maintainers do not provide legal advice and make no guarantees about the applicability of a therapist’s qualifications or practice rights outside their country of registration.

    •    Responsibility and liability for therapy rests solely with the individual therapist and client.

 

4. Use of Directory Content

    •    The directory and all therapist listings are for personal use only.

    •    Copying, downloading, reproducing, or redistributing directory information (e.g. into documents, spreadsheets, or shared files) is strictly prohibited without express written permission.

    •    Misuse of directory content may result in removal of access and further action if necessary.

    •    By using this service, you understand that if you choose to contact a therapist, your personal data (such as email address) will be processed by that therapist according to their own privacy policy.

    •    If you choose to contact the directory maintainers directly, your email address will be stored securely on an external email server for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.

    •    We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

    •    Please do not send confidential or health information to the directory maintainers — such messages will be deleted.
