Dr K specialises in adult psychology, relationships and trauma recovery. She is certified in treatment for anxiety, ACT, Somatic Therapy and has worked as a Forensic Psychologist. Dr K works with you to identify patterns contributing to cycles of addiction, depression or anxiety. She uses psychodynamic approaches to address past traumas, triggers, unconscious patterns and maladaptive behaviours.
